Which ears are available for order when you reopen?

All ears posted in my Instagram are available for order except auction ears & unless noted otherwise in the description

How can I purchase a pair of ears

During my openings, ready to ship sales, pre-orders.

If I get an invoice is my order automatically in?

No, you have to pay the invoice in order to have your order in.

What’s your turnaround time?

45 days from payment received for designs posted

60 days for customs

Can I cancel an order?

Yes but be aware that there will be a materials fee of $25 as I do have to spend time and money gathering materials needed for your order.

How will I know when you open?

TURN on notifications for my page so you can be up to date with my posts and content including ready to ship sales, pre-orders, openings, & updates. Also check out my story as I post exclusive pics there.

We discussed my order and I missed your opening what do I do?

I will do my best to accommodate you but I can’t guarantee a spot because once I’m closed that means im fully booked for new orders.

Will you message me when you reopen?

No. It’s impossible for me to message everyone one by one. Which is why you should turn on notifications for my page so you can be up to date with my posts and content.

I’m getting notifications late from you what do I do?

This is an Instagram algorithm issue the best thing you can do to keep me in your feed is

1. Hit the heart button on a few of my posts

2. Comment 5 words or more on a few of my posts

These 2 easy things will help keep me in your feed

How long in advance will you announce your reopening?

I typically announce it atleast 3 weeks ahead of time so we can have enough time to discuss ears and orders you may want to place.

Do you make ears for kids also?

I happen to use headbands that are standard and sort of mold around the shape of your head. They are the most comfortable headbands I have ever worn and used.

Do you take requests?

Sort of. If you have an idea chances are that I have a similar idea when I have free time I’ll work on it.

We have been discussing my potential order since before you reopened… Your opening came and went now your closed. Will you still take my order?

Short answer no. Unfortunately when I’m closed it literally means I’m completely booked every day until my next opening and any free time I have allows me to work on new designs and ready to ship ears. I also have to keep it fair to everyone else as my opening are first come first serve.

I’m sneaking in an earlier trip before my order is due for shipment can I get my order earlier / my trip got pushed up earlier than I thought can I get my order earlier?

I will do my best to accommodate you but in reality I can’t because all orders are pre scheduled in the order that they are completed. Pushing your order up would cause everyone else to be delayed

I’m getting worried that my ears are not going to arrive in time for my trip what do I do?

There’s a few things. Firstly did you tell me a specific date you needed them by? If not they’ll be shipped 45 days from payment received or 60 days for a custom masterpiece design. Secondly PayPal sends tracking numbers via email make sure to also check your spam or junk folders. Ofcourse you could also send me a message via direct message on instagram

Hey you said you shipped my item but the tracking number still says it’s in pre shipment should I worry?

No. I’ve searched this issue so many times online and every answer points to one of two thing. #1 you package is on its way but the computer simply didn’t read the barcode and the handler didn’t catch the error but. #2 your package is on its way the handler simply missed scanning the package. It’s a human error issue on the part of usps but that’s what it is and it’s out of my hands and I really can’t do anything. It’s unfortunate but don’t worry I dropped off your packed at my nearest usps and it’s on its way
